Teacher of Business / Creative iMedia (3 days)

Closing date: Monday 6th December 2021


3 days per week

We are looking for an high calibre and enthusiastic teacher of Business / Creative iMedia from January 2022 for 3 days a week.

You will have the ability to inspire and encourage students to enjoy their learning, leading to a desire to achieve their highest potential. You will hold a passion for your subject and will have a creative, inspirational approach to delivering the curriculum.

Applications from both experienced and newly qualified teachers are welcome.

Holbrook Academy is a popular, mixed secondary school to the south of Ipswich, easily accessible from the A12 and A14. We pride ourselves on our positive and supportive ethos and our aim is that ‘everybody can be somebody’.  At our last Ofsted inspection we were judged ‘Good’ across all aspects (February 2019).

Examination Invigilators

Closing date: Thursday 30th September 2021

Required, for the new academic year, to assist the Examination Officer in the running and supervision of internal and external examinations.

Hours will be offered on an ad hoc basis, primarily in December, May and June. Applicants should be available for at least 5 morning or afternoon sessions a week. Sessions are potentially 8.30am-12.15pm and 1pm-4.45pm.

The successful candidates will:

  • have experience in basic administration
  • be reliable and punctual
  • demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • work well as a team aswell has have the initiative and confidence to work on their own
  • possess good communication skills
  • be able to follow instructions and work within a strict set of regulations
  • work with calmness and flexibility.

Full training will be given.

Pay – £9.99 per hour
