GCSE Exam Results

Exam Results 2019

We are delighted to report an increase in the percentage of students who achieved both English and maths at grade 4 or above with 70% of this year’s cohort of 86 achieving this measure – an increase of 4% from last year.  Students showed commitment in their preparations for the reformed GCSEs, known for their rigour and challenge and are celebrating strong results. There a number of exceptional individual success stories that students, staff and parents are very proud of.

Student progress outcomes nationally are published later in the Autumn term.

In 2018, 66% of the year’s cohort of 61 students achieved at least a grade 4 in both English and maths and there were a number of exceptional individual performances in what the government has described as the toughest ever GCSE papers.
Many congratulations are due to our exceptional students and teachers.
